Marine-Grade A4 316 Stainless Bow-Shackles provide maximum corrosion resistance for

salt-water marine environments.

The superior corrosion resistance of these A4 316 grade Bow-Shackles make them a great choice for sailing, motor boating and other water sports applications. Bow-Shackles are commonly used for attaching ropes, anchors and chains for sailing, rigging or lifting applications.

Compared to the regular D-Shackle, a Bow-Shackle is generally suited to applications where the loading may involve side loading rather than a straight pull, reducing the possibility of bending the Shackle under side loading conditions.
